Say Less offers both Free and Premium subscription tiers. Premium unlocks unlimited messages, romantic mode, and additional features. Plan details and pricing are displayed on the Premium page before purchase.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) until you cancel. You will be charged using the payment method on file.
You can view your current plan, next billing date, and subscription status from your Account page. You may also cancel your subscription or change your payment method from that page.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have Premium access until that date. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Free users receive a limited number of messages per character per 24-hour period. Message quotas reset automatically. Unused messages do not roll over.
Refunds are provided where required by applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support with your purchase details. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods unless legally mandated.
We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Any price change will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
Deleting your Say Less account will immediately cancel any active subscription and remove all associated data. Refunds are not provided upon account deletion unless required by law.
